On Sunday, May 22, Deacon Luke Childs will be ordained to the priesthood by Bishop Menees at our 9:30am Sunday service.  

Here are some additional details:

 

• This service will naturally last a little bit longer than a typical Sunday (see BCP pp. 483-496). 

• We will have Sunday School, but parents will be invited to drop their children off before the service begins.  The class of older children will be brought to church in time to view the ordination, while the under 3 toddler class will remain in Sunday School until just before Holy Communion. 

• Also, ACW is planning a luncheon reception in honor of Luke following the service.  To contribute, reply to this email or sign up in the Narthex next Sunday (5/15). 

• We do plan to live stream the service at our regular Sunday morning zoom link
