Father John Roberts became minister-in-charge of Saint Matthias on July 1, 2011. He was ordained priest at Saint Matthias on December 17, 2011 and installed as Rector of Saint Matthias on March 9, 2014. Father John and his wife, Amanda, both hail from Huntsville, Alabama. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Samford University. After studying for a time at Fuller Seminary, he received his Masters of Divinity from Wycliffe College.
The Rt. Rev. Dr. Eric Vawter Menees was consecrated to be the Vth Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of San Joaquin on September 24, 2011. He is a graduate of the General Theological Seminary, Fr. Menees received his Doctor of Ministry from Seabury Western in 2006. Bishop Menees and his wife Florence Guadalupe Mira-Menees have two children: a daughter, Milagro, and a son, Sebastian.
The Most Reverend Doctor Foley Beach was elected the Archbishop of the Anglican Church in North America on June 22, 2014. He is also the Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of the South, headquartered in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. He and his wife are life-long Georgians, and have two adult children.
